Dear 6th Grade Families:As the school budget isn’t able to meet all of our needs and opportunities, we fund-raise in the first half of the year to ensure great learning experiences for the whole year. Our fundraising money also goes toward field trips, playground equipment like balls, jump ropes, and other items, a visit from the Northern Stars inflatable planetarium, and to be able to take of advantage of opportunities that arise during the year. Our magazine sale fundraiser is now underway.  One reason we choose this particular fundraiser is because it promotes reading to our students and our community. Please do not allow students to sell door to door or to strangers.  Only friends and family, please! If you would like to establish an online account to be able to gather sales online, here’s a link to the eTools account: www.gaschoolstore.com Our school code is 3926094 Online sales will count toward the key-chain incentives. Additionally, student will have a "Reach Out Postcard Booklet".  If your student turns a completed booklet in, he/she will also earn a collectible key-chain without turning any sales in. After you register/log in and begin using the eTools provided, you and all those you contact will be able to support our online magazine program. We are excited to share that we choose this program because there are over 600 magazine selections-including digital editions of some of your favorite magazines. This makes it easy for you to promote reading at home. Our turn in/collection days are: Monday, September 25 Thursday, September 28 Monday, October 3 Sales end Wednesday, October 4. Our liaison for this fundraiser is sixth grade teacher, Kym Granger.  Questions and clarifications may be directed to her at grangerk@link75.org. If you, or someone you know wants to make a donation directly to the sixth grade, please send it in a separate envelope marked "donation". Thanks again for your help! We could not reach our goal without you!

Reminder to all students and staff that when going up and down the stairs to please use the right side of the stairs. "RIGHT IS POLITE"! Thank you for your cooperation! Exception to this is during a fire drill or an emergency exit of the building, in this case you may use both sides of the staircase.

Reminder to all athletes that wear cleats for your sport, cleats are not to be worn inside the building. You are however supposed to have something on your feet at all times. Thank you for your cooperation!
