CANCELLATION INFO:
All MAMS Field Hockey & Soccer Games with Tripp MS scheduled for today 10/15 have been postponed. All of these games will be made up on Weds. Oct. 24th. Please make changes on your schedules.

There will not be practices for Field Hockey, Soccer or Cross Country today due to the weather.

8th grade boys soccer players are reminded that you have a game in Auburn tomorrow.

Attention iTeam: We WILL be having our first iTeam meeting tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 until 3:45. Please make sure you arrange your ride or have plans to take the late bus. You can still join if you bring your parent-signed application.

Congratulations to Ms. Swanholm for completing her first marathon recently and to Ms. Aronson for completing her first marathon at the very hilly Mt. Desert Island Marathon yesterday. And to Ms. Nook-Frost, MAMS Spanish teacher for winning the women's division at the MDI Marathon! She came in 3rd overall and set a course record! This is Ms. Nook-Frost's 5th win at the MDI marathon! Be sure to congratulate both of them!


Today's sectionals are 8th grade brass during block B and 8th grade percussion during block C.

Attention Sixth Graders: 
Do you want to become an Eagle Ambassador? If so, applications are now available in the Main Office. Be sure to fill it out and turn it back in to the Main Office by this Thursday, October 18th.

Are you passionate about creating art? Are you a skilled artist who is highly motivated to further develop your talents? If your answer to both of these questions is an enthusiastic “
YES!”, than Gifted and Talented Visual Arts workshops might be right for you. If you are interested in the possibility of being identified for G&T Visual Arts, complete a self-referral packet by October 19th. The self-referral process is open to 7th and 8th students.

We have some exciting news! The MAMS Debate Club Permission Form will begin Thursday,November 1st and continue throughout the school year. We will meet in Room 2642 (German Room) at 2:30. If you would like to learn how to debate properly-this is the place for you! Pick up a permission form at the Student Center desk in the main office. It will be lots of fun!
