Track practice will be held in the gym today after school.
There will be no chorus today. Chorus students should stay with their Target teachers.
Band lessons today for group 8-F at 9:30 and 8-G at 12:35. Both the 7th & 8th grade bands will rehearse today during target time. The District 3 Band will rehearse today at 2:30.
Next Thursday, April 6th we have a special event at our school and we want all our students to participate in it. After school our students will walk from our school and students from Brunswick Junior High School will walk from their school. We will meet in the middle of the green bridge between Topsham and Brunswick. The walk will send the message that the students of both schools: STAND UNITED, THAT ALL STUDENTS HAVE A RIGHT TO FEEL THAT THEY BELONG AND SHOULD BE TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT AT SCHOOL. The walk is being organized by our "Change the World" Club, the Interact Club, the Student Council, and the Student Ambassadors, as well as by the Brunswick Junior High School Civil Rights Team. So that all students can participate, all after school activities have been canceled for this day. Students can take the late bus or be picked up by a parent back at MAMS by 4:20 pm
KidWind participants please check your email for a message from Mrs. Bickford. Also make time to stop into the STEM lab today to make sure your wind turbine is ready to go.

Thurs. April 6 (4:30-6pm) & April 13 (2:30-4:10) 8th Baseball
NEWS FROM THE LEARNING COMMONS!
1. The MAMS "Buy-1-Get-1" Book Fair will be held April 3-7.
2. Which books will make it to the finals in our MAMS March Madness tournament? Please help determine the outcome by voting HERE in the Final 4 matchup by 8 AM on Friday March 31.
3.Dear students: Have you read at least 3 of this year's MSBA books? If so you are eligible to vote! Please vote here by the end of the school day on Friday, March 31. Don't forget to vote!
Ararat Babe Ruth Baseball League registration forms are now available in the main office. Deadline to register is April 22nd and you must be born prior to May, 1 2004 and on or after May 1, 2001 to participate.
Pottery Club is meeting today from 2:20-4:20 with Mrs. Michel in art room 1232.
Students going on the Freedom Tour should have everything turned into the office no later than Friday. This includes payment in full, the Digital Citizen Pledge sheet and Emergency Treatment form that was mailed to your house. If you lost this paperwork there are extra copies in the main office.

We're here to help you get ready for summer! Drop by the MAMS "Buy-1-Get-1" Book Fair in the Learning Commons April 3-7. Buy 1 book and we'll give you a 2nd book (of the same or lesser value) for FREE! We open at 7:30 AM each morning and will be open until 3:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Are you a baseball fan? Do you love to read? Would you like to earn a free ticket to a Portland Sea Dogs game? If so, just read 3 books and fill out the ATTACHED FORM and mail it to the Sea Dogs for a free ticket. Deadline for submission is March 31st.
Teachers if you are hosting an after school activity on Tuesdays or Thursdays during the school year, to please email Ms. Buck with the names of the students who you will be hosting by 3 pm on Tuesday or Thursday so Ms. Buck knows who to expect in the cafeteria for supervision at 3:30 pm.
