Technology Support
Technology support is provided by a partnership between the Learning Commons and the Technology Department. Micah Brown is the Technology Support Leader for the Middle School, an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician with more than a decade of experience in troubleshooting and repairing Apple Macintosh Computers.

Candice Wright and Joyce Rogers are Ed Techs in the Learning Commons with the knowledge to help troubleshoot many common issues on the MacBooks.

Should an issue arise that requires immediate attention, please bring the device to the Learning Commons to be looked at and a determination of next steps will occur at that time.


Web Help Desk

Web Help Desk is our help desk software used for reporting and tracking issues from toner requests to laptop and desktop computer issues. The fastest way to enter a help desk ticket is to send an email to: helpdesk@link75.org

You can also log in to the Web Help Desk site by visiting: webhelp.link75.org

Logging into the site will allow you to more accurately describe your issue, select from a list of known issues, and will help route your issue to the appropriate person.
